Returns and refunds
Our printed products are made to order. We don’t accept returns or exchanges for a change of mind or an incorrect size, color, or design selected at checkout.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or different from what you ordered, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, a description of the issue, and clear photos. We’ll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement or refund where applicable. Please contact us before sending an item back.

This policy does not limit any rights you have under applicable law.
